What is your overall experience with accountability partners and what advice would you give to those who are new to this? Now i know this is highly individual and depends on the situation. Still I'm wondering if there are some general tips and tricks how to get the most out of it. What are the pros and cons of the variations? Like say: Pair or a group? How often and for how long would you communicate with your AP? Would you schedule it beforehand? Would you also contact each other when urges or hard times come to give moral support when possible? What topics would you discuss, do you focus on nofap alone or do you discuss personal life as well? What apps or social media do you find best for communication? Which one works best to be available for emergencies? (Especially balanced with anonymity.) Would you just text or is it better to also voice call/ video call? Do you find it effective overall/ worth the time? Any other advice you can think of. Thanks a lot for sharing.
