What position do you prefer to sleep in?

I sleep in the most painful and awkward contortions possible.

 

i sleep on my side

i used to sleep on my back but dont find it comfortable anymore

 

As a child, I slept on my stomach, but now I sleep on my right side.

 

I sleep like in between sleeping on my side and back haha

 

i keep changing positions, i am not able to sleep in one position. For a while i will be on my left side, then right side, then on my back, sometimes stomach (but i heard its bad so i try to stop it).

Can't get a wink of sleep unless i'm on my stomach.
I really want to sleep on my back though, but it never felt right

 

As someone who has experienced sleep paralysis plenty of times.. I never never ever sleep on my back.

 

I heard than sleeping on your back is good for health so i always sleep on my back but also sleep to my right side sometimes
