What should I do at the end of the challenge?

    Hey, I need advice on how to continue after I finish the challenge. I'm on my 65th day and I want to be prepared for healthy M or sex.
    It's not like I'm already willing to M as soon as I can. But I have (if it's still there) a bit of a problem with PE and I need to know how should I do when I'm done with this. I have a girlfriend and she is kinda waiting for me to end this challenge.

    So, should I M before going for it with her?
    Should I just go for it with no previous preparation?
    I'm scared about finishing too fast or regaining my excessive sensitivity.
    (Sorry if my English isn't the best)

    I'd be very grateful for your help.

    I forgot to say that I don't have addiction to M and that my real deal is to rewire my brain and/or penis so it's not too much sensitive and so maybe I'm able to control my ejaculation reflex.
    (Also, I already tried Kegels (for like a year). Maybe I should continue doing those exercises.)

    Just go for it with her. At least if you finish quickly you know you haven't masturbated before hand.

    M will only push you back into addiction. You will lose all the progress. You are still early in recovery even sex may cause strong chaser. I would suggest to wait for a month or 2. Libido and erections will come back after first time you have sex so don't be afraid if the first sex session doesn't go as planned.

    Sorry. I forgot to add that I'm not precisely addicted to M. I got in this journey because of my "PE problem" and also to improve myself as a man.
    The problem was that I M too much trying to edge or last longer before O. But I thought it was excessive M so I got into this challenge that makes me feel awesome and I noticed (half way) that I lost a lot of sensitivity at the tip of my penis (good for someone with PE) and I gained a lot of selft improvement.

    I accidentally omitted that my problem isn't M addiction. The real deal is my excessive sensitivity that makes me unable to control my ejaculation.

    But I imagine the best idea is still going for it without "preparing"myself?

    Mate, I'm a bit like you. I don't have any addiction to M anymore, on the contrary, I quite hate it. But I used to masturbate a lot when I was 16 because of a very high sex drive. And now I have PE when I have sex with my girlfriend, so if I were you, I'd just go for it with her but I don't think that kegel exercices are the solution, kegel can make everything worse. How did it go?

    I see we are quite similar.
    I'll just have to go for it. Well, probably I shouldn't be thinking about it too much. Heh.
    Uhm, I'm still on the process. Closer to the end, but not there yet. I'm also thinking of extending my reboot a couple days/weeks more, but I don't want to keep her waiting that much.
    I don't think I could get better than I already am, so maybe I'll sum up a few days.
