Much love to all of you here and I'm glad I finally joined.I'm 28 and I've been watching Porn since I was 12.Thats 16 long years smh. It's crazy you don't realize how many years pass since the beginning of your addiction but I guess time flies when you're having what we all thought was "fun".I'm on day 13 and things are running pretty Smooth as of right now.Ive gone a year and a half before back in 2013 so this isn't my first rodeo_Only difference with this time is I haven't had sex in a year so the whole connecting with an actual person will be a challenge for me.I don't get out much and haven't been attracted to anybody in awhile but I'm looking to change all that. So,now that y'all know a little bit about me,explain to me what the hell this panic button is about before I push it out of curiosity.

Hi mate. Lol, don't worry, if you press the panic button your account details don't get forwarded to the porn police! :D

It is a useful tool - press it and find out. You will find messages which are usually brief and inspirational. This can be invaluable when you are sorely tempted to relapse, feel depressed, rejected or you have relapsed. You can opt in to include religious messages if you with.

Anyway, talking of inspiration: eighteen months no PMO (see The Glossary^), that is awesome. How did you do it man?

I appreciate that my man.And honestly it was rough getting through that year and a half, lol.I was in a relationship when I started, went through a break up,starting messing with another chick and then finally just caved in about 4 months after I stopped messing with her. It's easier when you're having sex but it's hard as hell when you're not so that's why I gave in.Plus I was starting hurt.My prostate was like throbbing and I was in a lot of pain but when I had that release I was fine.I should've just kept masturbating naturally instead of diving back into porn while doing it.Thats where I messed up.So what's your story?
