    Hey guys with anything in life you need support and help until you have that solid foundation . Relapses can be avoided by basically beeing reminded why you do it and the reason you started I know about the emergency button it is still lots more effective to have a personal Support system. So I want to stay PM free until the end of the year as much as possible best case scenario is of course to be totally free from it but we all need to be honest to ourselves and what we realistically are capable of at the moment. I would highly appreciate if there are people that are ready and willing to transform to a supernatural state of total self control.
