When do the urges start decreasing ?

    I'm still having urges now, at 80 days, however, I'm finding them a lot easier to deal with now than I used to - instead of struggling against my urges I'm doing my best to just observe them - to 'surf' the urges.

    For me, I still had urges on day 40 when I still masturbated..
    But without both M and P, the urges is gone on day 10.

    Day 4 without both M and P ... No evidence of any urge since I last relapsed .
    I used to have damn lots of urges before when I was looking at P sometimes and edging .

    Day 24 and urges strongest ever, I lift and go to school but staying up late doesn't help
