    Whenever i start nofap i am able to not look at porn or masturbate. but i become a sexual beast. I would do anything for sex and i dont think this is healthy. even start to browse escorts online and have had two escorts already because of nofap. please help

    I'd still call that progress. You can commit to no PM or no PMO, it's your choice. Unless you have the financial means, you can't see escorts regularly in the long run. If you think that your situation is unhealthy, you can set a "no escorts rule", and try to find a woman that you can have a steady relationship with.

    Try to find methods to transform your sexual urges into productivity. Take that energy and literally go grind at the gym until you can't I remember last year my urges were so strong I had to do full body workouts every single day because I was so turned on. Like literally, it's definitely a problem if you DON'T find a healthy outlet, but If you can learn to manage it, then literally it can be your greatest strength.
