It's pretty common shortly after you ejaculate to have some "left in the pipes" that may come out when you urinate. This is typically a very small amount. If you're pissing an entire stream of white liquid that is not normal and you need to see a urologist.
Excess sperm can be expelled through the urine. Has it been a long time since your last o or wet dream? If so, it could be this.
