Definitely down for a PMO-free* 2014, here are my personal rules: (taken from r/nofap)

No porn. No masturbation/edging (at least 90 days, we will see what happens). Yes to orgasm with a partner.
This is an experiment. I can definitively say I never need to view porn again. I also recognize the benefit of abstaining from masturbation, orgasm, and fantasy, but these are not inherently bad so I am not sure if I will be best served by giving them up completely.
