    just life. this is it. theres no version where i can be a better person. i cant believe our single shot at consciousness is spent on something so unimaginably boring.

    To have one achivable goal everyday gives us the neccesary motivation to get up and make that day count.
    Write down everything you want to change in your life. pick one thing from the list and make it happen. when you do, pick another one until the list is finished. then write down a new list and repeat.
