This guy hasn't responded in several weeks so it may be beating a dead horse, but good to vent your own experiences. You cannot rely on anyone else to bring you real happiness and self confidence. It must come from within through all the trials and errors.

You're right, but I think there is an element of "You can help someone to help themselves".

 

I sometimes think like this. But at the very least, doing NoFap gives you potentially hours of extra time in the day in which to do something more productive.
