Yet another recommendation thread: omega 3, zinc and stuff

  1. Hello all.
    Like many ppl here I’ve been seeking ways to heal my brain from the effects of OMP. Brain fog, difficulty in thinking, slowness etc…

    I’m two weeks now following advice given here at 11:52 about omega 3 (DHA). Listen up from the beginning for more good stuff.

    Tl;Dr- 500-1000mg a day of DHA omega 3.


    Another thing is zinc, which is involved in many processes in the body, including sperm and testosterone production. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6010824/

    Too soon for me to say if this actually improves my brain fog, 2 weeks in of supplementing these, but I wanted to invite you guys to go ahead and try.

    I also take care of my b12 levels… And vitamin d3 as Dr Gundry suggests on the YouTube link…

    I think I should try taking zinc supplements. Because my digestion went bad.
