Your Progress Is My Progress Is Our Progress: Understanding The Underlying Causes Of Addictions

Due to very real negative consequences of what years of porn use has done to some of us, holistic therapies will continue I guess. Just don't mix up the consequences of "addiction" for the "addiction" itself.

 

I guess this point was inevitable. Addiction is all in your mind. It's not a disease. The physical effects are consequences and focusing on them is a choice. Whatever floats your boat.

The emotional pain and all around life havoc wreaked on us by years of destructive compulsions are very real. Addiction is a big business in this world. Much of the system doesn't want it to go away.

 

Regenerating one's life is how I like to view healing from a life destroying compulsion i.e. addiction. Fixing our broken psyches while restoring physical well being and building character seems like an all around winning approach to crushing PMO.

Program has a termination date in sight. All I can do after reassimilation is leave you with a prayer and wish you the best in your journey.
