Nofap point system that I came up with. 7 days equals 0 points. 8 days equal 1 points. Basically anything below a week is below baseline.

yeah my thoughts constantly get sucked to fetish stuff. I miss the realistic life needs vs pron cravings. I realise it's the dopamine fix. just to escape the misery i created for myself... so need to fight 2 black holes.. nice metaphore btw!
