Challenging road however, not losing sight of the main purpose today or going forward! Rewiring of this engraved, clouded and disrespectful mentality. Snapping out of the brainwashed & so called "reality" created by the industry to enslave consciousness by programming us for their gain breaking us down physically, mentally and spiritually. Leave it behind in the past as if it never happened. Forgive, cleanse and mend towards a brighter and enlightened path. No more distractions it is time to embrace the enigma within us. Day 17 is basically over with and the days are actually flying by. Realizing our time we are not taking for granted, I can't imagine reaching 60 years and looking back to this period of life. It will be utterly revolting & truly heartbreaking if any more of our pure breathtaking conscious is snatched from us. Self forgiveness, cleanse & mend. Almost done with this forum of 21 days, then onto 30 days and beyond...
Day 8. Finally managed to get some more motivation to hold back by reading some success stories and other articles about PMO... Other than that everythings going fine. I don't really have much more to say, see ya guys.
day 11/21 my update; was at school in the morning, after school i gave myself a haircut, in the evenings i watched soccer, afterwards i did school work. and now am updating. having problems with thoughts
OK, I will complete the 7 & 14-days first then come here to complete this one, Thanks bro for your reply, But Could I know what the point of day 0?
It's just the rules of this particular challenge, no other reason. For example, I myself started this challenge 28 days under my belt, so I wouldn't be able to even participate this challenge if I haven't started on Day 0. In my opinion, it's great idea complete 7- and 14-day challenges before this one (and 30-day challenge after this). That way you experience feeling of achievement more often, which in turn gives you extra motivation. That's what I did and at least for me, this 'gamifying' (is that even a word) works much better than heading straight to some 90-day challenge. I use also this iPhone app called "No Bate Calendar" which gives you achievement badges after 1, 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Like these: 'Gamifying' my NoFap journey with these challenges and this App, have been very useful things achieving this current 50-day (!) streak of mine.
Day 21: done. Ran out of days. Time to Level Up! @2525 Thank you for the great challenge! Moving on to the 30-Challenge!
Day 10/21, something i realised at the weekend; sometimes you have to ok with being bored. It's good to distract yourself with other tasks but nothing is going to give you that instant buzz of PMO, accept that and go and do something a little more boring in the short term but more meaningful in the long term.
