How cold do you have your shower?

Personally, I start warmish, then I will switch to completely cold, no hot water whatsoever. I concentrate on my breathing and really try to take in the cold and deal with it.

 

Icy cold, but I live in Brazil so it’s not really a problem to me hehe

Usually I put in my feet, then wrists, then the back of my head to get used to it. Feels amazing afterwards!

 

So do I!! So weird! I don't live in Alaska, but my water does get pretty cold and at times I've felt "warmth". So weird.

 

I take hot showers but the shower was never the place where I fap so I saw no reason to make it cold

 

I can relate to this!

 

I believe this has something to do with how are body reacts to really cold temperatures in general, because I noticed that in the winter, I release a lot body heat. I'm assuming that's just our bodies natural reaction to extremely cold temperatures. But yeah, I totally relate with this.

Well it's -20 celcius outside and I have it on the coldest setting; so probably just above ice lol

Put it as cold as you possibly can. That is the authentic version.

 

Hot showers are for the weak!

 

I like my shower as hot as possible.
At least it should be 37'C

 

I alternate between hot and cold. I can just as easily wack off in a cold 5-7° shower as I can in a hot one, but alternating seems to quiet all urges.
