Starting day 5! I was tempted, but I didn't do anything good luck to everyone!

 

Day 3 done. Feeling good. Just watched the video Great Porn Experiment. Good information. Helps me see I'm not such a loser and failure. I can beat this addiction.

2 days clean from PMO! Lots to do today to include some reading

Day 5, and it brings sentiment. It was the longest streak the past two times, but I'm feeling confident this time around. See you all tomorrow for day 6.

I was PMO free for 14 days but had a O (with the wife) today. So I'm starting back at zero today because I'm worried about P-subs if P-subs don't trip me up this week. Then O (with my wife) is back if P-subs bother me a lot then I will need to go on to 14 or 30 day. I am now PM free for the last 17 days and know I can do this.
