Hi feeling hopeless about relapsing on a hectic Christmas Day! I had just finished the 30 day challenge.
Stress and escape = relapse.

Now this feels immediately realistic and manageable, no excuses, for me.

I am in.

Day 3/21 complete. The third time's a charm!

 

Now I speak for myself only when I say this, but there is another side to the relapse coin for me so to speak. Yes many escape from discomfort or even trauma, which I am guilty of, but the side that plagues me more is one of too much isolation, not enough discipline and structure, and simply forgetting what I value or losing sight of my purpose and just choosing reckless hedonistic euphoria with disastrous side effects that always bring me into the prison of pain so many describe all too similarly to my own cage.
