Hi I am on day 5 of my journey and would like to start this challenge hope that's ok with you so what do I do ?
Almost done with the 14 day challenge so starting this one. For me, it helps to have no lapses between the challenges. Day 0.
Day 25 - Had some urges today.. but I didn't give in. because I just can't go back to that habbit and I already made my choice to a changed life. This is my conviction and I need to live it up. 5 more days to go
4/30 Today was a busy today. In the morning and afternoons I was studing. In the evenings i watched a documentary by DW. At night watched soccer and. Am feeling very tired and sleepy. Going to bed now.
