ill be honest, last night was a tough for me. I had strong urges that just came out of nowhere, I hd an argument and idk what t was but the frustration I just sat scrolling on my phone, and then I was in two minds about PMO, but i was so knackered that i just fell asleep and today i feel like even just thinking about it i let myself down. I didnt do any of the three things though. I think ill just carry on as today is day 11, but like @2525, i think its best for me to take a break from all internet sources as now that I've even considered the thought , i know myself and that'll be in my head trying to tell me that i might as well. So i think no internet apart from work and just reading books instead of tv for the weekend and then will be back. will check back on here every night just before work .BTW has anyone got any tips on getting past this. Or where you feel like because you even considered the thought that you kinda let yourself down
You can be proud of yourself! You didn't gave in to the urges. Almost everyone will cruise through an easy day but the hard days that is where you make the progress. The only tip i can give you is learn from this moment and think about what you want yourself to do differently the next time something similar happens. Keep going with your Journey and you will thank yourself later when you're looking back that you didn't gave in and that you kept on going! We will do this together!
