Hi, I have some questions fellow nofappers. I suffer from penis sensitivity loss but it is a bit confusing for me because I have sensitivity on the tip of my glans as well as sides of my corona but other parts of my glans are completely insensitive. Is it because of excessive masturbation and rough handling or it has other reasons? If it is because of masturbation, do you have the same issue? Like you have sensitivity in some parts but other parts are insensitive? The second question: I use Man1 Man Oil. How long does it take till I regain my sensitivity by using both Man1 Man Oil and not fapping? Third question: Am I allowed to touch my glans to see if it is sensitive or I should not touch it at all?
Barring any medical issues your body has amazing powers of regenerating itself. Abstaining from abusing yourself for a while (for more then a few days) would give yourself time to heal. If your numbness doesn't clear itself you may want to seek medical attention.
The tip and corona are most sensitive in everyone. Less so if you're cut. Advise no touch unless peeing or washing otherwise it could lead to urges.
Sensitivity can heighten if you abstain from PMO, due to your brain being less accustomed to penile sensations. Even in a few weeks, you could notice differences, but if you wish, you could still use the oil and see how that goes. I never had any lack of sensitivity issues in my life, so I'm not sure how that works. The frenulum is my most sensitive part when it comes to touch; it's almost to the point of no return if touched. If uncovered in dry air, however, I can definitely feel the oversensitivity in the tip.

I suffer from desensitization and DE. Man 1 man oil is crap. Use Vitamin E-oil and/ shea butter. These are freaking great and great moisturizers too. I also used to take acetyl l carnitine, l-arginine and vitamin b complex you can buy that in Walmart or any pharmacy. Shea butter is the best IMO tho. Edit: cocoa butter works great too and smells good but I don't think it has the antioxidant properties thst vitamin e oil and shea butter have. Plus, it doesn't melt easily. Has to be put in the microwave. In any case, you will have to let your penis heal for a few months so no PMO for you for a while.
When did you notice a sensitivity improvement ? Can I have sex still I have a girlfriend I don' wanna ruin my relationship over this if you know what I mean does effect the women as well or isit best just to go all out and stop everything ?
About 60 days in I started to notice a change in sensitivity. In the beginning of this change, it's possible to experience premature ejaculation.
Did you regain your sensitivity when you waited ? Also I have a purple spot under the bottom of my pens and it doesn't hurt at all should I be worried My sexual activity is fine the only problem is I lost some of my sensitivity
My sensitivity was so bad I could not tell the difference between my girl holding my penis or giving me oral. Sex was a struggle to feel much and to stay erect.
