Be self-controlled and alert! The enemy, that is the devil, is waiting like a lion, waiting to pounce. Day 12-14 can be really tough. Don't lose the WHY behind quitting PMO. Don't readjust your standards to something less. I've done it before and ended up relapsing as a result. Keep it up, my dude.

Day 8 and 9 done not been having any urges but ive been with my girlfriend for the last 2 days.

Climbing back on the wagon. I binged on porn last night and today to try to relieve pain...I’ve got a stomach virus and been puking my guts up. Feeling better though...
