"I feel change rapidly approaching my life." I like that, makes me feel a small positive kick that helps see the excitement in doing nofap rather than just the struggle.

Although I almost had no sleep with nervous legs, I feel quite well today (first time since I started) I guess I'll join the 14 day challenge next to get beyond my longest streak of 17 days

 

Day 6 had a little struggle with wanting to release. Everyday I have a discharge. I'm in for the next challenge. Done with PM foreva.

Day 1. was slightly about to relapse... There is a moment of decision between relapsing and moving on. NoFap is about mastering that moment of decision.
Hope I continue to make progress.
