I relapsed a few weeks ago, I made it to 10 days and then convinced myself it was ok to break a promise to myself and relapse - since then I went crazy with PMO - wasted entire days and felt miserable.

I have an addiction, I'm not going to let this addiction beat me and control my life.

60 days no PMO - lets do this! I would be grateful for some likes and support, thanks guys
