Day3: Its about 14-15 days since i last M and O. So feling very much on edge lately. morning wood has come back like never before. Feels great. Now the challenge to keep my mind from wandering and going back to P-Subbing. Somehow i know i can get over it and complete this challenge this time without P and M. Goal is to O only while getting intimate.

relapsed. Right now my longest streak was 11 days, and I relapse every 5 days or so. Still, better than fapping everyday. But a long day to go. I discovered I could still acces this one site. Now that one is blocked as well. I'm going to the 21 day challenge
Day 5. Finally noticing some changes. I've tried before to stop PMO but I was unsuccessful but now that I have a challenge , a goal, it's getting easier. Really guys don't give up, this will change our lives.
Hello, I'm also on this challenge. What I can say you is to try to escape from the things that can "stimulate" you, like girls on social media, video clips, even some movies. When you go to bed at night if you see you are loosing control do some intense push ups and then put some music. On the morning try to get up right after you wake up, don't stay on bed. One more thing that I've done is to see some motivation videos, Google something like "NoFap benefits" or "what pmo does to your body". Hope I've helped, don't give up, we can do it
