Day 35, Day 36 (Season III) I've experienced significant amounts of self made stress lately, but I belive by doing NoFap I get more into controling my emotions and my focus. It's super important to stay in reality in order to change it, not avoid it.
37th day. Feeling much better, urges are there but are manageable. Excited about the next phase(s) to come in this rewiring journey.
41 out of 90 towards 120 and still feeling urges here and there my me and my wife are both doing this together and I'm still getting triggered by her I'm sleeping in another bedroom I've got the next two nights alone I'm going back to our bed Thursday night so we'll see what's going to happen there if I get grabby or too touchy with so I'll go back to my bed until day 60 because it's one of my wife's boundaries if I happen to get too touchy feeling or whatever bye on the wake her up while she's sleeping I can't wait till I really don't have too many urges but my wife is smokin hot to me which is a good thing I like what somebody said earlier another comment you need to be grounded in reality here and I need to stop objectifying my wife
