Everyone is a little different, but I would say yes. Have you been doing anything differently lately, like change of routine or increased intensity of exercise? That could have a cumulative effect that catches up with you. If it's just one day, it could be just a bad day. Keep an eye on it & be good to yourself.
Thanks for replying. not really, I didn't change anything besides abstaining from PMO. but since day 3 or 4 I feel like my energy level has dropped significantly it has come to a point where I sleep like 10 hours a day and when I wake up I feel good for a couple of hours but then I get tired and all of a sudden I want to sleep again ... I didn't experience this in my last streak ... but that was a year ago or maybe more and in that year I was heavily addicted and before that streak, I was heavily addicted for more than 11 years.. anyway we will see what happens.
Yeah, I think that altering behavior does put stress on the brain, and it does its best rewiring work during sleep. Hey, it's just a hypothesis, but why not interpret it in a good light - I'm getting stronger, I'm getting better. Out with the old, in with the new. Every moment, I'm getting closer to even better days! Keep your head up, and don't put a time limit on it.
I think he meant "cause," as in: have you pinpointed what caused the most recent lapse? Probably just trying to be helpful (but this is just my interpretation).
