Day one, and still doing alright.

 

Was doing really well in day 3... But again onto day 0

 

Day 13/90
Got up at 830 this morning, then again at 1230. Really needed to get that exercise in this morning instead of this evening, but tomorrow is another day

Relapsed last night. Progress is progress I suppose

70 and 71. Past two days were hell man. I wanted pussy like crazy. But i knew i cant orgasm. Finally its over. And thankfully i keep it all under control somehow

 

Well you should push yourself harder and harder....try again.do pushup,run anything to reach that 90

Day 11 went well yesterday, starting day 12

 

Day 22/90 just joined this form today this is my second try last reboot lasted 28 days. Had horrible dip in blood sugar tonight(don’t have diabities) all my blood work is normal besides i believe this is what is causing my adrenal fatigue . Horrible insomnia tonight on night 21
