Day 94. Getting ready to attend my SAA meeting this morning. Didn't get to make it last Saturday due to work. It will feel good to be in that group setting this morning .
Day 25/90 - Had serious apathy and no energy at work the past few days. In the past I'm sure I would have turned to pmo in that situation. I suppose sexual addiction is like alcohol addiction. You are always in recovery mode. You can't return to it as a casual user like other people might, because then you have to seriously fight your way out of it again.
Day 0 - Going to do the next 90 days up to 2019 and then I can start my 365 day no PM streak for the year!
Being alone is not only bad its the good time to know better yourself its about the direction you are taking when you are alone. Don't sit too much time alone in bedroom go to some good places near to your residence.
Hey man, that's tough, but don't beat yourself up! It's in the past now. And those hours count! The PMO tracker lets you enter a time down to the minute for a reason. Just make sure to take some action now, watch videos on nofap, read books like "your brain on porn" and explore the content here! It's just one step back on your overall journey
I agree. I've been sober for almost 13 years, very similar situation. Mind makes excuses or just gives in, and it always gets worse eventually, never better
you´re giving away your motivation to circunstances. forget about "new year, new life", time doesn´t exist!! motivation stars with you and dies with you. so if you wanna change, if you wanna begin something, NOW is the only moment there is. the only moment when you can make a change. not tomorrow, not next week, NOW, because NOW it´s when you want do it. "I Want to be Free from this problem", start NOW, and when it´s done, it´s done, forget about dates. learn from the last relapse, go again when you feel ready. you can do it.
notice that urges are fueled by thoughts. ignore thoughts and urges will pass. and they will pass totally. if you engage in porn thoughs, hesitation will appear and that´s the beginning of downfall. also don´t peak any sexy material. overall engage in totally different activities, make a 180º shift with the time that´s available.

35, flatline again. this is a damn rollercoaster i found a interesting video on tube. this guy talks that about addictions in a totally different manner. in fact a way that we already talk here once in a while. he says that addictions emerge not because of the substance itself but because of the way we use substances to cope with personal problems and daily challenges.
