"PMO doesn't lead to life change directly. But! Indirectly, this leads to a change in life, perhaps even becomes thecause of it. I do not claim that myreasoning is correct, but it seemslogical to me. Also, I want to say thatI am writing all this not so much to discuss, but simply because I like tocommunicate with you guys :emoji_blush:"
    Great stuff I read.
Great reasoning. And I agree .
You got it well. Totally agree with it.
I spoke about it earlier that NoFap doesn't lead to any change directly ,it is very fundamental basic for growing.
Because , because it gives us the body that has the capacity to understand deeply ,to memorize well,to learn quickly, to make accurate decision ,to have more energy and be ready to any unseened situation ,to have a body which has high capacity of tolerating tough conditions mentally or physicaly ,to have a body which has higher and better general feeling.

Before this stage ,I mean before NoFap ,our body's center for making right decision is ill, our brain's center for memorizing a learning well is ill, our brains center for comprehend and understand the situation is ill . And there is no surprise that affected body or addicted person is no longer understand his addiction and his worse condition also there is no surprise that affected person with that body can't learn from his mistake because the learning center is ill.
And there is no surprise that addicted body and person can't make a right decision because that center in brain which is in charge is ill.
So NoFap is very basic and essential part and most important one. It gives us healthy body with the capability of understanding and learning and distinguishing priority.
And as you mentioned correctly we should direct this body and energy with high capacity to a right path.
Learning new skill, become master at it.
Starting new business and becoming successful at it.
In this condition we have a body which has harmony between its organs and a balanced body in i neurological and hormonial and systemic terms.
    Hope it would be helpful.
And that's just my experience and opinions.
I will talk about it more.

    God bless

Conscious thoughts, repeated often enough, become unconscious thinking.

The point is, true happiness has nothing to do with pleasure, because the reliance on feeling good from such intensely stimulating things only moves us further from real joy.

Attitudes strung together become beliefs, and related beliefs strung together become perceptions. Over time, this redundancy creates a view of the world and of yourself that’s largely subconscious.

I accidentally was searching the Insta , and I saw a porn star page there , just wrong curiosity.
And saw some pictures of her ,but just naked one and not more.
Then the addicted pathwy was started to become active and releasing hormones. So hormones was released a bit and I felt my intelligence is starting to be hijacked by this activity or another world my brain's centers responsible for acting wisely started to shut off but I started to think about any thing else in my head ,I turned my attention to my goals and . But it did its negative effects somehow ,I felt and observed it in my body, just by changes that were occurred in my stomach and in my quality of breathing .then, then I had headache for 1 hour and I felt a bit stronger at night.
Now I feel that my body has become better, in confronting seeing naked women, because I have a an awareness over my breathing and the fact that whether I wanna continue watching or not.
Today , I searched about her and studied some interviews from her.
    Just that.
And I feel I my body have changed in a way I look at woman.
I now want to know them from their personality aspect at first and not by their measurements of their bodies that is belongs to the stages that body is conditioned to release sexual hormones just by seeing or watching.
    My body have got better.
The quality of my presence in time have got better.
Relaxed body, sharper mind ,but not at the level that it has the capacity yet.
My brains centers for remembering and learning is work better.
In sum, I feel my body is changing in its whole things from being in unhormony to being in better harmony.
I am still trying to build a better mental model of outer world and change my body base of it by some great resources.
I am still working every day.
Overall feeling good, and let my mind and body wander in the path I've chosen

Looks meaningful. "We should direct this body and energy with high capacity to a right path" - this is goddamn right. Right path. Because we can direct it to a wrong path... And maybe if we will direct it to a wrong path, the consequences will be even more painful and destructive, than if we wouldn't stopped PMO. Right? Maybe if some person with a potential of maniac will be into PMO it can prevent his bad potential to become reality. What do you think?

I have a good time of abstaining, but the percent of my life that I am directing to a right path, I think... 10-20% from all time, 40-55% - nor good or bad, and the 25% of my time I am directing on a wrong activity (it can be not only visible activity, like destroying something, but mental activity). But... when I compare life before Nofap and life nowadays... it get better. My turning point was 7-8 months. Now the changes began to accumulate. And I saw the changes when I visited the same places that I had visited when I was watching porn and masturbating, and I saw the people who were there, I began to feel and perceive myself completely differently. Of course it is not like now my mood is euphoric and I am completely without internal conflicts, and I feel 100% confident. But... it improved and I felt it.
