I would suggest doing the 3 day challenge, then the 7, then the 14, etc... Really raises your confidence and worked great for me. Good luck man! YES!! Happy New Year everyone! Well last night I only had 2 BEERS, yes 2 BEERS, but thanks to avoiding alcohol due to my keto/fasting diet, they hit me really hard as if I had drunk much much more. Really weird to have such a low tolerance like that. And when I came home I couldn't sleep, and edged really hard, replaying all kinds of past sexual experiences in my life. Luckily I held off, and was able to produce images of my counter saying zero and starting my new year off in the wrong way. And now I am somewhat hungover. Off 2 beers. That is nuts lol. But... Day 21 complete! 3 weeks on the 60! I hope each and every one of you have the 2019 you deserve! It's January 1st, a clean slate! Let's do it!!!
Had a few drinks last night and got really tempted to look up some P. But I was like I'm not going to frigging start off the new year by breaking my streak. Grateful to say I made it to Day 34 today. Blessings to all for a positive 2019.
