It is the most easy community ever brother.

    Simple:
    - Do not masturbate or watch porn
    - Rewire your brain to real intimacy

It can take a while till you recover but in my experience, if you start rewiring your brain to sex with real girls, the healing proces is faster

If you want to read a book which explains everything in your brain in a fantastical manner then you should read Your Brain On Porn written by Gary Wilson. I LOVE this book and it explains everything about Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction, your brain, Premature Ejaculation, Delayed Ejaculation and the relation with porn.

When I finished this book I was conviced never to go back to porn again. the writer Gary Wilson also gave a TED talk about the effects of porn on the brain. The link is here below

  9. Hey & Welcome to NoFap Community! :)

You are in the right place for recovery here. We are so glad to have you with us to beat this addiction together.

You can go read some Success Stories in the "Success Stories" section to learn more about the benefits of NoFap , get useful tips and ideas to help you in the reboot.

If you have any question about rebooting, you can ask it in the "Rebooting" section.

And I would recommend you to make your own journal in the "Reboot logs" corresponding to your gender & age to track your everyday progress.
You can also join challenges in the "Events & Challenges" section, to keep yourself motivated and focused.
