I finished three minutes in advance. Then I was in bed in an hour after that. Although I didn't get sleep, I woke up before my alarm for a change.
20/30. Went to bed at 21, woke up at 04:55 and worked out for an hour. Had a cold shower afterwards. Feels good.
1/30 Got it last night! I also just got over a major hurdle in a big project I've been working on. And I don't feel all that drained--way less than I would have in the past. I think the big differences this time are that this challenge has helped me not stay up on my computer after a late work day and that the NoFap challenge I'm doing has helped me use my breaks to rest or exercise instead of jack off to porn.
21/30 @Rising Force , @Philosophical_Dad , I just started a new challenge that might interest you: https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?threads/wake-up-before-the-alarm-challenge.255345/
Not something I need to work on--I've got a 15 month-old who wakes me up sometime between 4:45 and 6 every morning. Definitely a challenge that many people would benefit from trying, though!
21/30 I know how it feels! Actually, it was when my kids were small that I suddenly got transformed into a morning person. Before I got kids, I was usually awake the whole nights, working on different projects. Lucky me that I got kids because being a morning person is much better
Finished with screens in time at 21:00. But then I started wasting time in my evening duties, so I got in bed at 22:30, which was half an hour later than intended.
Back to 0/30. I finished a pretty big project last night and decided to watch a couple YouTube videos afterwards. But... I watched for 20-25 minutes and got to bed at a reasonable hour. In the past, in these kinds of situations, the feeling of release, combined with the fatigue of all the work that went into the project, would lead me to compulsively watch video after video. I've had some intense YouTube benders that would send me down other internet rabbit holes, culminating in a ridiculously late bedtime. I think this challenge may be actually diminishing some of my bad internet habits. So even when I slip up, the slip-ups aren't as catastrophic.
