Today was not a good day. Stress from different part of my life. I think it s easy to stay focus when everything is all right. Since this week I couldn t achieve a single day of free from addiction. My rule are different I. Allowing my self to social and other stuff after 18. The reality is that I cannot resist one single day. I am starting by crawling ....I. Counting the hours with out social. Same rule. Tough day...

still struggling ... a lot of stress from family work etc .... I haven't count yet. I won't give in. This is serious is a about a choice of life. As for NoFap in general is not a choice of few days or years but a new road. Tomorrow I ll try again... saturday is tough day. But let's try!
Well today. I got some results...working ...a couple of hours...just some music but basically stay focus. No Social or other distractions. I think is good to keep a diary and see if I am improving.well...very far from you...but I don't want to give in

You can go into the developer settings on your phone and change the "Simulated color space" to Monochrome. If you don't have an Android, it'll be in the same place but will be called something different.
Today I have reached four. I am adding hopefully another 2. No workout but I justify my self cause I had to move back in my apartment after the lockdown...fuck I want to improve
Five hours full focus no Social. No distractions. It can be a little bit improved the time cause I do tend to stand up ...going and have a drink etc.... anyway let s keep fight
I have reached 6 productive hours. Now my problem is mind weakness. I mean ... sometimes I am getting just tired and I give up. I want anyway to improve the hours spent without distractions and if I am tired anyway carry on but a slowing pace.
I don t resist anymore to the tentation...but I applying a focus time where I cannot watch social. For the moment I am good with this way
