Day 72 No M Day 177 No P Have a great day guys! Btw I have started to enable ZEN mode on my phone in the morning for an hour when I wake up, so I try to follow the things that Jim Kwik says. Zen mode on my phone at least is disabling everything so you cant get distracted. You can only receive calls - thats it Like a good old dumb phone. You need to restart the phone to switch Zen mode off, but I never restart my phone. It's really helpful to get a good start of the day, avoid distractions and avoid morning urges if you get them from scrolling too much social media in the morning! Even if your phone does not have ZEN mode I am sure there are apps that to the same thing Using OnePlus btw. It may be called something else on other phones.
Today is day 75. I feel a twinging in my groin. Like baby electrical shocks. I know this is natural as i have felt this before. This may be the way the prostate relieves pressure. I will remain strong and let my body involuntarily do what it is naturally supposed to do, without my help.
Day 22/30 No PM (June) Day 515 at attempting this challenge Day 182 weigh training (M, W, F) Day 2 Jogging (Tues &Thurs) Day 54 No caffeine and no alcohol Lifestyle: reduced desserts Wow, I am over the 3 week mark now and still feeling strong.
Make a conscientious decision that when you feel urges or there's an attractive woman near by you're not going to engage. The mental part is so important. Sometimes it's unavoidable to see someone walk past you and not notice they're attractive, but there's a fine line between that and intensely checking out every girl you see. Having the right mentality is huge. If there's anything I've learned from the nine years I've been trying to defeat this addiction is that there are no short cuts. If you're genuinely willing to defeat this addiction the mentality absolutely has to be there. And I'll tell you it's hard especially at first, but then like everything else in life, once you make it a routine habit, it's not so bad! Good luck with your reboot mate.
Day 47/90. Things have been going well. I feel a bit sluggish the days I don't have two huge cups of coffee and a pop, and even then I still sometimes feel tired! I've decided to cut back on one of the cups of coffee to start to ease off caffeine. I've been addicted to coffee actually about the same time as I've had this PMO addiction. Wonder if there's any coincidence there. I've tried breaking both additions at the same time only to fail in both. Now that I've made a little progress with my PMO reboot, I'm going to really try to kick the caffeine habit as well. I don't want to go through the 3+ weeks of intense caffeine withdrawal headaches so I'm not going to be going cold turkey, but rather slowly easing off it.
