If you relapsed or binged you will reset your counter and start from 3 day challenge. 3. You have to meditate twice a day but one in afternoon and one before sleeping. 4. Removing the pornblocker or trying to do it count as a relapse. I had a wet dream today but it's not that I have experience first time so I will keep strong and move forward.
Day 5/90 Day 617 attempting this challenge Day 216 weight training (M, W, F) Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, alcohol and sweets Some wonderful news. Since seriously reducing my PMO frequency from about 3 times a week (ave) before nofap (joined about 18 months ago) to about once a month now, here's an update on my health and BPH symptoms: I haven't taken a flomax (prostate medication) to help me pee for months, the flow of my urine is much better, my stools have a bigger girth again, I barely need to get up in the night to pee, I sleep more sound and longer, I rarely have heartburn now, and my sex life is improving (both in frequency, enjoyment and not flat-lining) with my wife. I have pretty much healed most of my health issues by significantly reducing porn in my life. Keep going fellas, it's worth the effort.
