Day 1 1. I am following my regular routine of exercise and meditation. 2. Taking a proper diet with 0 additional sweet. 3. Stopped drinking cold drinks. Sugar and Cold drinks makes one feel heavy. This results feeling lazy and mind diverts easily in such situations.

Today I became a COMMANDER of Viking Army!! (Day 60) Took it easy today and made some Jamie Oliver‘s Penne Cabonara as a reward.
I am trying nofap for about 2 years now. I failed so many times. In 2019 I reaches day 39, but relapsed again. Now I am on day 69 for the first time and things look really good. Stand up one more time than falling down and you will be a winner in the end!!!
