i know what you mean brother, but a better version would be: don´t feed sex in your mind. it´s pointless and only serves to create agitation. and when you´re doing sex, the last thing you will do it´s to think about it . so, it´s pointless to feed sexual thoughts. plus, thoughts create expectations, expectations ruins dates and sex. so it´s a lose lose situation. just live bro! conclusion: don´t feed sex in your mind. Well, i survived the first day Orc now not easy thought, as i had another insomia night and urges creep in. i was really tempted to do pmo, but then again, i knew that this is a threshold that i must go throught: deal with insomnia without masturbation. so 1:00 am, i was sleepless and horny. first i try to ground myself (use the 5 senses, then take long deep breaths). it helped a bit to reduced the urges, but not the insomnia agitation. so i did the breathing space meditation (aware of thoughts, aware of feelings, aware of breath), and this did the trick of calming myself even further. then i read a bit, try to sleep again, and voila, morpheus realm great victory!! i know i haven´t mastered the process of dealing with insomnia, but this win gives me hope for the future. always improving Have a great day Fellowship!!!!
