Day 3/7 Decemeber 28,2021 Tuesday Week-1 Today i realized , my body is very weak now and the mind also. Today father told me to do some farming jobs in field, but i was like a small girl with shovel. Then i realized pmo made me weak. Backbone also in pain. I have also lower cross syndrome from past 2-3 weeks. I have to work hard to cure this all. Edit 1: i am getting a motivation. A small one, to do something in life. I don't want to fap again.
