1 Day Done, Day 2.

 

Day 9.

I had a really close call yesterday. I don't know what came over me but I did end up M for about ten mins. No P and I stopped myself before O and put it all away and shook it off. Yikes. But I'm proud that I was able to stop myself eventually. Let's hope that's the closest I come to a relapse and I can put it in my past and move on!

Felt a lot of temptation yesterday after work because I forgot to post in the morning. It also felt like I deserved to masturbate and that it would be even more pleasurable since I hadn't done it in a while.

Had strong temptations at night, It was excruciating, but I persevered.

After my scare a few days ago I'm feeling a lot better, but still trying to stay vigilant. Last time I got cocky and thought I was beyond temptation. Lol. I will stay humble, but optimistic!

It is increadibly hard... the tension within my head and body are too damn strong, I can't handle it, and it causes pain. Feeling like I'm chewing a stone. But still on the way...
