Yeah... So.. this challenge is dead but I completed it. Like two months with cold showers every day. And I will keep taking them. They are just great
Cold showers only (the exception proves the rule!) - from now on! Let's do this!! I also plan to go swimming often in the lake, in this laughable winter season.
I'm doing cold showers on most days now. On days where I have long warm showers (with a short cold phase at the end) I usually have relapsed, or back pain or something like that.
I'm wondering about tracking total amount of time instead of straight cold. Actually my joints will hurt with just cold right now or maybe it's the blood flow, but I was thinking maybe do more than once and finish with 2-3 minutes of cold each time.
