4/4 => 0/5 Since I work from home alone these days, most often in front of my computer, the absolute best thing I can do when I have a break is to go out and get some fresh air. When I'm in the middle of a binge, I lose so many hours of binging so that I feel guilty for not working, which translates to not having time to go out. So either I'm binging in front of my computer or I'm working in front of my computer, all other activities gets postponed. This gives me such a horrible eye strain and I hate it. A binge messes up my whole routine. I'm going out less, training less, working less, sleeping less, thinking less, I'm just a mess.
1/9 Returning to hard mode. There are the little things of life that provide you with more satisfaction than artificial pleasure. I don't want to get lost and miss them.
Step 7 day 2, going day by day and dont focus on not pmoing,try to do something productive or hang out with people amap. If we want different results we need to change our patterns, god bless.

Finished 7th step, almost a month clean. Dont lie to your self, this time next time its gonna be different I will stay strong bla bla, almost impossible its not how it works, we all need to make some serious changes in our lifes if we want better results and brighter future. Try to focus on improving your life and not on quiting pmo, god bless.
