It's impossible to do a full DD at times like this or the way I'm living right now. The best way is to become more diciplined is by only using the computer for important things, and for a certain times of the day. Every weekend should be without any technology what so ever. The mind and soul need some time to breathe from the toxicity of technology. Flatline, no morning woods at all but I don't care. The function will be there it's just because of P, too much screen time and too little exercise that I'm having a flatline. I've been there before. I'm doing okay, I have more energy now but still need to eat better. I put more energy into my hobby, planning for my artwork projects. Tonight will be day 21. Week Three is DONE. Ready for week 4.
