Day 117 complete I have an urge to look for sexy images online, probably because a few days ago I was looking at girls on instagram. But I will once again onstain myself from looking at girl profiles on any social media. And ofc I deleted instagram once again

Yet I forgot the love I need for myself can only be granted by myself. Soo much temptation, soo much of everything. I couldn't take it anymore as I let the ring latch itself back onto my finger. I know what to do to now. But for the moment, I return bound to the Dark Flame of PMO. I will rid myself of this ring.
Day 100 I didn't know how I'd feel today, but what I've noticed most is that I'm now living the PMO-free life I used to crave. The funny thing is that it's still just life, but life to the full; I still feel guilt for my past, but it's fading as each day passes. I'm grateful for the friends in my life that have helped me, and for all the stories I read on this thread every evening; but most of all I'm grateful for you @RiseToGreatness - I don't know if I would have managed to get this far without this thread you created, and to see you journey alongside us all in our battle is a greater gift than you could ever know.
