I dunno about you guys but Nofap gives me crazy insomnia withdrawals symptoms. I don't even know if the insomnia is really a withdrawal symptom or if it's something else but sleeping has been really hard lately.
Day 5 completed. idk if this might help at all, but I had found an exercise to do that was able to put me to sleep until I got good with it and could do it quickly and had to fall back to just waiting to feel sleepy. So, here's the exercise: repeatedly subtract 7 from 100, like 93, 86, etc, you can get into negative numbers if you wish. After a cpl days, I was quick with 7 so I did all other numbers from 2-9 and then begun subtracting these numbers from 200, 300, and I noticed a pattern so I could then subtract from anything larger in no time. So the technique worked no more. But yeah, until then you can try it ig.
