Day 15 and now 16. Fell ill on Saturday evening. Been in bed all day yesterday. Today, I am bit better but still not anywhere close to normal.

Hey! Welcome. To me my goal is very simple and straightforward. To never watch porn again in my life and that is the only goal I am working towards. Of course, other things are good to help me with this goal but I am not going to kid myself about this. Porn is the addiction and it is the big enemy I am trying to defeat.
