Day 9/30. Didn't think about it once for the entire day. Although I'm pleased I've almost made it to day 10, I've been feeling a bit down. I always feel like I'm missing something and to help this, I do other things that are addictive, like scrolling through videos on YouTube, I think it's a way of coping. I hate it.
