Day 2 almost there. Wish me luck fella's, i need 8 days streak to keep my progression improvement going:
Cutting out some activities , where normally the triggers come from and replace that time with healthy ones. I know this time will be give a different result.
To me, it could be social media and some movies that give me "ideas", and not all ideas are beneficial albeit it might appear that way. Anyway, good decision
