Why does God allow kids or babies who haven't the capabilities or opportunity to understand and believe fully the gospel of salvation (1 Corinthians 15:1-4), why does God allow those kids to die (like abortion) ? Me for instance I could understand it's because God wants me to build a strong character so that I can be used for his glory and that I can enjoy fully his blessings. But a little kid or baby who hadn't the opportunity to get saved sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption, and that he died, is that kid going to hell ?

Absolutely not! God is loving and merciful and desires that "all creation" come to the fullness of life. God is not capricious. Remember: we are created in God's image, not the other way around.
