I practically gave up trying to leave masturbation. I felt trapped. I haven't opened NoFap for almost 5-6 months. But I've had enough of being so absorbed in porn and masturbation, its having a very negative effect on my life and it is starting to get to me. Please pray for me brothers. More than the verses, try reading the stories. Most of the Bible is narrative, stories. Luke 15 is awesome dinner table talk that ends with a celebration for returning. Welcome back.

Of course there are select verses that can be uplifting for certain situations in life, but there is nothing equal to just soaking your mind in the Word every day.
